About CNC Machining Process

CNC Machining: A new machining technology that can be programmed to process all the functions required for a fully functional component, including threads and threaded holes and precise smooth surfaces.

Milling: Applied to machined surfaces to create complex 3D shapes.

Lathe Work: Can produce complex external geometry and inner bore.

Payment Terms: T/T 50% deposit, the balance paid against the copy of B/L.

Delivery Time: We used the restocking-sell method, if the warehouse have, we may deliver it in several days, or 10-30 days after receiving the deposit. It depends on the quantity ordered.

Min.Order: If the Productions are in our stock warehouse. No MOQ for the stocking production.

Kindly please provide the product 2D drawing with PDF or DWG format and 3D drawings with STEP or IGS or X_T format, and other requirements like: surface treatment, quantity...etc.

What shall we do if we do not have drawings?

Please send your sample to our factory, then we can copy or provide you better solutions. Please send us pictures or drafts with dimensions (Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D file will be made for you if placed order.

Will my drawings be safe after sending to you?

Yes, we can sign the NDA before got your drawing and will not release to the third party without your permission.

How to enjoy the OEM services?

Usually, base on your design drawings or original samples, we give some technical proposals and a quotation to you, after your agreement, we produce for you.
